Step-by-step plan  

If you are sending an item to us for warranty, follow these steps:

  • Request a warranty number within the warranty period from our customer service .
  • Send the defective item to us within 5 working days after the warranty number is assigned. When applying for the warranty number, you will receive our return address.
  • Pack the warranty item properly when you ship it.
  • In the warranty shipment, you should clearly state a note with address and telephone number as well as a description of the problem and the warranty number and also include a copy of the proof of purchase.
  • When we receive your shipment, we will investigate the problem and send you a new one as soon as possible.
  • Guaranteed goods should always be shipped with postage prepaid.
