Shipping Information

In most cases, our packages are transported by DHL. Exceptions to this mainly occur for orders of large size or situations that require customisation.

During the checkout process, you can choose from the following delivery methods (within the Netherlands and Belgium):

• DHL standard delivery. Normally delivered within 1 – 2 working days. €2.95, free for orders above €20 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
• DHL service point. Normally, you can pick up your package at a DHL service point of your choice within 1 – 2 working days. €2.95, free for orders above €50 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
• DHL evening delivery: Normally delivered in the evening within 1 – 2 working days. €3.95.

If you are not present during the delivery, your package will be delivered to the nearest DHL Service Point. In the DHL app, you can specify additional preferences for your package delivery.

All orders placed before 4:30 PM will be dispatched on the same working day, except for orders requiring customisation. After we have registered your order with DHL, you will receive an email from us stating that your package is ready for shipment, along with the Track & Trace code to track your package. Normally, you should receive a dispatched package the next working day!
