Scolia Pro Electronic Score System

The Scolia scorekeeping unit consists of two main physical components: the frame and the processing unit. Besides holding the cameras in place, the frame also provides a bright, evenly distributed illumination to the dartboard. The processing unit calculates the score of each throw real time using the images of the cameras on the frame.

Requirements
- Regular dartboard with standard dimensions, traditional colouring and traditional metal number ring
- Solid wall (preferably brick or concrete) with a flat surface around the dartboard of 110 cm in height, 140 cm in width
- Wired Internet connection*

*The Scolia system can be used with a Powerline Adapter, if you prefer a wireless internet connection.

Differences Between the Scolia Home 2 and the Scolia Pro

The Scolia Pro is designed for use in pubs and bars. This model is securely attached to the wall, making it difficult to steal. Additionally, the Scolia Pro is built to withstand more wear and tear. Its advanced software offers greater accuracy in scoring, making it ideal for professional and heavy use environments.

The Scolia Home 2, on the other hand, is much cheaper and more suitable for home use. It operates on simpler software, making it less accurate than the Pro version. Moreover, the Home 2 is not mounted to the wall but attached to the dartboard, making it easier to steal. This model is also more prone to damage, making it less suitable for heavy use.
