How do I order and pay?

1. You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using our secure site. Simply select the items you wish to purchase, add to cart and follow the online instructions on how to complete the order form, making sure you've completed all the necessary details together with your Visa or Mastercard details and submit it online.  Please remember to select your country.   WE DO NOT accept personal cheques as payment  for any order.  Any personal cheques received as a payment will be returned to the customer by airmail and the order will not be shipped.

We use the secure hosted payment page solution from DPS to process online orders where you can see your card being authorised and debited in real time, all in a SSL secure environment .    If you don't have one of these credit cards please contact us to see what else we can arrange and we can  work through an option that could suit you.

Our prices are quoted in US dollars. For NZ orders pricing is GST exclusive and GST will be added to each NZ order.

2. Receipt of your order will be confirmed automatically by our commerce system.  Your order will be shipped normally within 24 to 48 hours.    If you are a Dartswarehouse member, login to see if your order has been shipped.   Want to become a Dartswarehouse member?   Click here for more information.

Minimum orders and freight?

 Please note $10.00  order minimum applies.

This allows us to make our prices very attractive  so we can offer freight free on small items and great service.

Freight free on all small items to anywhere in the world!

 

Orders will be sent by standard mail.   Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive by day 20 after shipment, contact us and we will investigate and if necessary your order will be resent at our cost or the amount charged for your order will be refunded.

For NZ and Australian customers, Free Shipping on all orders over $10.00!!

If you require priority delivery, please advise us in the comments section of your order and we will do best to help you.  There may be additional costs for priority delivery.

Freight is payable on large items.   When you are shopping on line with Dartswarehouse, the large item  will show on items that you will need to pay freight  for.  What is a large item?   A large item is  something like a dartboard or a dartboard cabinet. 

Dartboards are heavy so freight can be substantial.  Please email for current freight costings based on location and quantities. Allow 2-3  weeks for delivery. Please supply full delivery address where Negotiable Shipping Documents can be sent.

Please note: any charges at receiving port of entry including duty (if applicable) will be the purchaser's responsibility.

If you order a mixture of small and large items, you can choose to have the small items shipped straight away or wait until we send you a quote the  for large items and ship together.

Multi-currency

We now offer multi-currency purchasing.  Our currencies are US, GBP, AU, EU and NZ dollars.  Please note the currency calculations on based on market rates,  and may differ from bank rates.

Darts is a game of skill for adults. The equipment could cause injury to children when used without proper adult supervision. Extreme caution should be exercised in the display and sale of darts equipment where children might purchase without parental approval.

Guarantee

By the very nature of the sport of darts, it is not possible to guarantee darting equipment. The best materials and craftsmanship used in manufacture ensures top performance and satisfaction. Naturally, any failure due to any defect in materials or workmanship will be rectified.

Range changes

Changes in the PUMA range, packaging and presentation are constantly occurring and we reserve the right to discontinue, alter or substitute where appropriate.

All weights, sizes, dimensions are approximate and are for guidance and comparison purposes only. The weight indicated is the approximate weight of one pointed dart body.  

Darts:   all dart sets are sold as a set of 3 darts which includes 3 flights and 3 shafts.
Flights:  all flights are sold in a set of 3 flights.
Shafts:  all shafts are sold in a set of 3 shafts.
