Dartswarehouse is based in New Zealand and has been operating since 2003. Our online store has been designed for the experienced and enthusiastic dart player who is looking for quality dart products. We aim to offer affordable prices and great service.

We are authorised to sell Puma Darts products under both their Puma Darts and Shot! brands, we focus on their range due to their quality, service and reputation in the market. They still make a lot of their own product in New Zealand, which we think is pretty cool.

GST: Pricing on the website is GST exclusive, if you are making an order in New Zealand GST will be added at the checkout. Currency Conversion: Please note that currency conversion prices are not in real time and may only be updated once a day.  Therefore we recommend that if you require an accurate price at time of purchase ,  do this via a currency convertor website. Please note that currency calculations are based on market rates which may differ from bank rates. Minimum order: A minimum order of $10 is required. Payments Accepted:  Visa and Mastercard If you don't have one of these credit cards please contact us to see what else we can arrange. Secure Payments:  We use the secure hosted payment page solution from DPS to process online orders where you can see your card being authorised and debited in real time, all in a SSL secure environment.

Shipping:

	We ship to destinations all around the world. Your order will be shipped out normally within 24 to 48 hours. Small items: Shipping is included on all small items worldwide. Orders will be sent by standard mail. Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive by day 20 after shipment, contact us and we will investigate. Large Items: Large items such as dartboards include shipping within Australia and New Zealand. Elsewhere large items incur a shipping cost. Dartboards are heavy so freight can be substantial.  Please email for current freight costing based on location and quantities. Allow 2-3  weeks for delivery. Please supply full delivery address where Negotiable Shipping Documents can be sent. Please note any charges at receiving port of entry including duty (if applicable) will be the purchaser's responsibility. Mixed orders: If you order a mixture of small and large items, you can choose to have the small items shipped straight away or wait until we send you a quote the  for large items and ship together. Your Guarantee:

Every item displayed in our on-line shopping site is covered by a full 30-day right-of-return. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition. We will be happy to replace it, exchange it, or refund your money - with no questions asked.

By the very nature of the sport of darts, it is not possible to guarantee darting equipment. The best materials and craftsmanship used in manufacture ensures top performance and satisfaction. Naturally, any failure due to any defect in materials or workmanship will be rectified.

The dart you order should match with the Barrel pictured. All other components of the dart (flights, shafts and tips) may vary in colour and length upon receipt.  Please email with any questions if you are concerned about the components of your dart.
The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system is very low. We'll reimburse you in full or resend the order in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you provided correct delivery details were supplied.
All of our items are checked before despatch and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for your goods to be replaced or arrange for you to return it to us at our cost. All 30 day return goods must be shipped back to us at your cost. We will not accept product shipped back to us as C.O.D. Personalised products are non-returnable, unless there is an imprinting error on our part.

Specifications:

All weights, sizes, dimensions are approximate and are for guidance and comparison purposes only. The weight indicated is the approximate weight of one pointed dart body.
Soft tip Weight is the complete set weight (tip, barrel, shafts and flight)
Changes in range, packaging and specifications can change from time to time, we reserve the right to discontinue, alter or substitute product where appropriate.
Darts:    all dart sets are sold as a set of 3 darts which includes 3 flights and 3 shafts.
Flights:  all flights are sold in a set of 3 flights.
Shafts:  all shafts are sold in a set of 3 shafts.
 

Stock Levels:

Please note that because of multiple orders being placed at the same time by multiple people on our website, sometimes we may sell more of an item than we have in stock. If this happens we will notify you as soon as we are aware and either refund your money or send you a different product for up to the same value as the one you purchased with your approval.

Back Orders:

We endeavour to keep our on-line shopping site  as up to date as possible. However we sometimes cannot accurately forecast customer demand. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, you will only be charged for product supplied. An indication of product availability will be advised on your invoice.

Warning - Supervision for Children:  

Darts is a game of skill for adults. The equipment could cause injury to children when used without proper  adult supervision. Extreme caution should be exercised in the display and sale of darts equipment where children might purchase without parental approval.
