Guarantee:

Every item displayed in our on-line shopping site is covered by a full 30-day right-of-return. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition. We will be happy to replace it, exchange it, or refund your money - with no questions asked.

By the very nature of the sport of darts, it is not possible to guarantee darting equipment. The best materials and craftsmanship used in manufacture ensures top performance and satisfaction. Naturally, any failure due to any defect in materials or workmanship will be rectified.

Pricing:

At Dartswarehouse our aim is to offer quality product at good prices and we regularly check other dart web shops and retailers to ensure our pricing is one of the best in the market.

For NZ orders pricing is GST exclusive and GST will be added to each NZ order.

Currency Converter:

Please note that currency conversion prices are not in real time and may only be updated once a day. Therefore we recommend that if you require an accurate price at time of purchase you visit a website that provides up to date currency rates to access an exact conversion. Please note that there could always be a slight variance when purchasing in different currencies.

Multi-currency:

We now offer multi-currency purchasing. Our currencies are US, GBP, AU, EU and NZ dollars. Please note the currency calculations on based on market rates, and may differ from bank rates.

We source our product from Puma Darts due to their quality of product and service levels as well as their reputation in the market. Also by offering their range exclusively we have managed to negotiate some good deals and we do from time to time receive exclusive specials on end of lines etc.

Specifications:

All weights, sizes, dimensions are approximate and are for guidance and comparison purposes only. The weight indicated is the approximate weight of one pointed dart body.
Changes in range, packaging and specifications can change from time to time, we reserve the right to discontinue, alter or substitute product where appropriate.

Miniumum order and Freight:

Please note US$10.00 order minimum applies.

This allows us to make our prices very attractive so we can offer freight free on small items.

Orders will be sent by standard mail. Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive by day 20 after shipment, contact us and we will investigate and if necessary your order will be resent at our cost or the amount charged for your order will be refunded.

Freight is payable on large items. When you are shopping on line with Dartswarehouse, the large item icon will show on items that you will need to pay freight for. What is a large item? A large item is something like a dartboard or a dartboard cabinet.

Dartboards are heavy so freight can be substantial. Please email for current freight costings based on location and quantities. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please supply full delivery address where Negotiable Shipping Documents can be sent. Please note any charges at receiving port of entry including duty (if applicable) will be the purchaser's responsibility.

If you order a mixture of small and large items, you can choose to have the small items shipped straight away or wait until we send you a quote the for large items and ship together.

How do I Order and Pay:

1. You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using our secure site. Simply select the items you wish to purchase, add to cart and follow the online instructions on how to complete the order form, making sure you've completed all the necessary details together with your Visa or Mastercard details and submit it online.

We use the secure hosted payment page solution from DPS to process online orders where you can see your card being authorised and debited in real time, all in a SSL secure enviroment . If you don't have one of these credit cards please contact us to see what else we can arrange.

WE DO NOT accept personal cheques as payment for any order. Any personal cheques received as a payment will be returned to the customer by airmail and the order will not be shipped.

2. Receipt of your order will be confirmed automatically by our commerce system. Your order will be shipped with 24 to 48 hours. A copy of the invoice will be enclosed with your order for your records.

Delivery Guarantee:

The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system is very low. We'll reimburse you in full or resend the order in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you provided correct delivery details are supplied.

If your order does not arrive by day 20 after shipment contact us and we will investigate and if necessary your order will be resent at our cost or the amount charged for your order will be refunded.

Back Orders:

We endeavour to keep our on-line shopping site as up to date as possible. However we sometimes cannot accurately forecast customer demand. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, you will only be charged for product supplied. An indication of product availability will be advised on your invoice.

Returns:

All of our items are checked before despatch and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for your goods to be replaced or arrange for you to return it to us at our cost. All 30 day return goods must be shipped back to us at your cost. We will not accept product shipped back to us as C.O.D. Personalised products are non-returnable, unless there is an imprinting error on our part.
